The footage I shot for this was done over a day at the high school stadium, which was surprisingly hot for October that year. We did a number of takes with different teams throughout the day, mostly breaking into 2 camera teams. Daniel shot the wides and gimbal stuff, I shot a lot of the solo and tripod shots. Was just as hard to shoot a color guard as it is to shoot a sports event, many moving pieces all at once making tight shots in focus quite the challenge.
This also features the second time in my life that I busted my head on a bleacher stand for no reason at all other than walking into it.
