Blood Machine is a short film drama about 2 Chicago gangsters who meet to settle a complaint of betrayal. The script was a “Finalist” at the British Short Film Awards in 2022. It was a “Finalist” in Los Angeles at the Independent Shorts Awards in 2022. It has placed in film festivals on 5 continents.

This film was shot on a cold March day at the Chess Pavilion of Lincoln Park alongside the Chicago riverfront with long-time collaborator Robert Felker. Done with a small cast, including Charles Schoenherr who has been in various commercials and films of ours over the years. Crew was very minimal consisting of some great friends, coworkers, and family.
Overall this was a race against the sun to get all the footage needed in the single day we had to shoot. We managed to complete everything scheduled within that time due to a very extensive group of career professionals who mostly have been at this for decades.
