The Shero Award is by the Goldie Initiative, which prepares women to advance as leaders in commercial real estate by providing financial and professional support.
What is a Shero? A woman or girl who inspires others through her actions. She is a person who leads with kindness, has a desire to help others, and is someone who is making a positive change in herself or for others in a community. She could be your friend, neighbor, a teacher, healthcare worker or business owner

Shot at BlackOak Technical Productions showroom with a small crew over a day. We had to fight a lot of natural daylight from the entire side covered by windows and/or completely black. Since we didn’t have enough light to black out everything I worked with a 50/50 approach. Used the sun to fill in most of the backgrounds, then flagged the rest and filled in with daylight LED lighting.
The overall video was edited to include various webcam interviews submitted in post. My team just shot the ones found on this page.
