PaceSetters episode 8 features Venky Ananth interviewing Akshay Patel, CIO of the global College of American Pathologists (CAP). This 75-year-old organization prioritizes patient safety through lab standards and accreditation (present in over 112 countries!). Patel emphasizes technology’s role, highlighting CAP’s investment in cloud computing, data analytics, and AI to boost efficiency and accuracy. Patel’s vision? Leverage technology to enhance services, expand globally, and ensure the highest patient safety standards.

This is the second episode I have shot for the Pacesetters web series for Infosys. This was a one-day shoot with a crew of only myself as Director of Photography and Jessica Lynn as Grip. We shot 2 cameras for the opening interview between Venky and Akshay then proceeded to grab b-roll of the location and ENG walk-and-talks.
