Lens Records is a Chicago based record label created to help support and distribute the works of artists who prefer to work with a smaller, artist driven label. The label has released a variety of work in different genres including ambient, experimental, dark ambient, electronic, rock, modern classical, electroacoustic and field recordings.
Fascinated with the endless possibilities of experimental music and the world around us – Lens Records seeks to establish itself as an open-minded outlet for artists who may not have an opportunity to release their music on any other label. Lens seeks artists who have a passion for creating music they love and the determination to endure and overcome the obstacles they face in presenting that music to the world.
