I got my first set of photos from the Salon 54 shoot in St pete that is owned by a dear dear old friend of mine (and fellow ol’skool TAMPA elite) Tara. We had such a blast with this shoot, the only bad thing i have to say is i wish I thought about the fact I was in Florida again and wore sunscreen as my face got quite toasted in the heat for 8 hours in the middle of a parking lot…..blah (stupid me I know). the first official video to come out of the Suspicious Clowns 08 Sketchfest show which is Oatmeal. A sketch I wrote about a decade ago with for the Charming Hooligans group and was filmed in one take and was a instant classic. The new version was based on the first and added to by Robert, Vincent, and myself for the SCX show- overall a very good upgrade and great to see onstage.

Really great shoot today with the boys of Airiel, a local band from Chicago, very interesting music and I’m quite excited to see them live at Schuba’s this coming month. We shot in their studio, rooftop, neighborhood, and even sudo living room- all very interesting and perfect for harsh flood lights as always. More photos from the shoot can be found on my deviantart page and more will be coming within the next few weeks as well. Great set of guys, look forward to working with them later this month live.
