I’ve been involved in film and video most of my life either onstage, backstage, in the process of both. It all started with performances in my backyard as a child, which involved recording improv sketches into a cassette deck of radio station morning shows. I had a vivid imagination and would often come up with short stories that I would develop into cartoons that I drew on the back of text books while at school. A strange interest in magic and performing for family members, having a audience, and getting laughs was key in day to day life.

Once in Clearwater High School I joined the drama club, becoming involved with not only being onstage but also the inner workings of backstage production. When not cast in a show I would often be part of the crew, design team, or creating the set with the art department. Right after graduation I became a full time student of drama, working in the local theaters, cast in roles onstage, or filming my own bits with my camcorder. This lead to a involvement in improv and sketch comedy. I suddenly found myself working a day job running a music store and then a night hobby directing, acting, writing, and editing comedy groups that I either created or were involved with.

Once I developed outside of sketch comedy and improv groups I found my love of music and movies leading me towards jobs in production. I setup for touring bands, acted in short films, worked as crew leader and director for local events, and started to learn skills in order to help my develop my own company.
